- Research on global, regional, local levels of agencies Enterprises are working with.
- Relate Enterprise customer persona among multiple touchpoints: web and video content,
- Сatalogs and ratings, services marketplaces, industry niches.
- Align customer service with customer experience and marketing efforts to expand.
- Stakeholder management: Merge to financial and business value to deliver in stakeholders language.
Tactics:
- Create multiple enterprise customer personas through all the Enterprise CX decision making.
- Research competitors to see trends and market opportunities.
- Use inhouse marketing communications for inbound strategies to point top-10 client pains.
- Develop programme to become top of the mind customer service content producer.
- Provide LinkedIn content starting from live-streaming on core Enterprise organic topics.
