B2B-SaaS product marketing roadmap sample: short version

ATTENTION! This is a sample short marketing roadmap for B2B SaaS product company.

CustomerServiceApp has tried various channels/ sourced from where to attract leads.
Some proved to work or not to work over the years.
At the moment channels/ sources for attracting small-medium business leads include:
Google search​ (our clients find us with keywords), Google Ads​,
Facebook Ads, tech conferences. Please think of alternative channels / sources we could
use to attract not only small-medium businesses, but also enterprises.

here are some of my ideas I would like to share regarding your question.  


Roadmap:
  1. Research on the biggest markets in Enterprise customer service. 
  2. Research on global, regional, local levels of agencies Enterprises are working with.
  3. Relate Enterprise customer persona among multiple touchpoints: web and video content,
  4. Сatalogs and ratings, services marketplaces, industry niches.
  5. Align customer service with customer experience and marketing efforts to expand. 
  6. Stakeholder management: Merge to financial and business value to deliver in stakeholders language.

Tactics:
  1. Create multiple enterprise customer personas through all the Enterprise CX decision making.
  2. Research competitors to see trends and market opportunities.
  3. Use inhouse marketing communications for inbound strategies to point top-10 client pains. 
  4. Develop programme to become top of the mind customer service content producer.
  5. Provide LinkedIn content starting from live-streaming on core Enterprise organic topics.
