Elena Nazarenko
Hooray! I finally managed to attend this very useful event. I am very grateful to Natalia for the feedback on important marketing issues. Everything was clear and specific. It will now be easier for me to work on implementing my marketing goals. Thank you!
Roman Shchetinin, Family Psychologist:
Another session with Nata Zaharova, and I am impressed. Understanding who my real clients are and where I can be most useful is like shooting “across several square kilometers” and then narrowing the target down to the size of a piece of paper. Thanks for the focus.
“Smaller target, fewer misses” – these words from a military film came to mind after the session. Thank you, Nata Zaharova! Friends, I recommend her as a marketer!
Alexandr Moskalenko, Entrepreneur:
With your questions, I began to gain clarity about what I am really doing. You helped me translate from abstract language to the practical specifics. What problem am I "solving," with what tools, and what result does the client get? The cherry on top was realizing that most projects contain a common core. I can reduce the number of projects to one or two, thus creating even more results. Now I am reflecting on this core, shedding the unnecessary, and simplifying it to the minimum. THANK YOU! You are excellent at bringing clarity, essence, and practicality.
Inna Fomina, Stylist, Makeup Artist:
Natalia was my coach and consultant about 5 years ago. At that time, I decided to radically change my career. With Natasha's help, I quickly identified my goals and mapped out a trajectory to achieve them. Natalia is constantly developing and learning, applying many techniques, including psychological ones, in her work. She easily leads the client, supporting them throughout the collaboration and even after. She is friendly, open to new things, and highly professional.
Tatyana Priymenko, Entrepreneur:
I approached Natalia for help creating a target audience portrait and received a series of consultations on marketing. She helped me prepare for public speaking, create presentations, develop a business model, formulate a marketing strategy, and conduct a customer survey from a focus group. She also assisted me in determining my goal and helped me navigate a stressful situation.
Natalia gave me a clear vision of my target audience, pointed the way to building my business from scratch, and helped me identify my goals and projects. She also helped create impactful presentations, which boosted my confidence when speaking to the public, helped increase my client base, and advised on how to create a marketing strategy that a startup can show to investors. She was very helpful when navigating through a stressful situation. Natalia is a true professional and a wonderful person. I highly recommend her to those who are results-oriented and appreciate clarity and honesty. And by the way, Natalia, you have a great sense of humor. Tough but loving—that's you.
I recommend Natalia to people who are searching for themselves, project managers who need a good marketer.
Tatyana Rak, Copywriter:
My name is Tatyana Rak, and I am currently job hunting. The search itself became a real challenge for me. I am a specialist who has worked in various areas of business, but I have had only indirect exposure to the HR field. I turned to Natalia as a marketing consultant. Using my LinkedIn profile as an example, we discussed the basic principles of presenting myself as a professional on social media and created a plan for the next steps, which I have outlined below:
- Find 5 interesting job openings.
- Identify 5-7 important, recurring skills in these job postings.
- Create a table where the rows will list the skills, and the columns will include: Skill Name, Required Skill Level, Actual Skill Level, Attributes. Fill it in.
- If the skill levels are clear, the Attributes should reflect evidence of each skill. For example, if it’s languages, attach a photo of the certificate to your profile. If your skill level is lower than what is specified in the job posting, it’s time to focus on self-education.
- Then, we proceed to the LinkedIn profile. If you don’t have one, it’s crucial to create one. Mine is ready but needs to be updated for an HR role:
5.1. Pay special attention to the “Profile Title” section. Standard job titles are fine, but it’s better to approach it creatively. Also, the title should highlight the result that an employer will get from hiring you.
5.2. In the “Summary” section, mention all relevant experience and selling skills.
5.3. For work experience, describe tasks and achievements relevant to the desired role.
5.4. Connect with HR leads and specialists in the LinkedIn space. Analyze their company, project, and team at the moment and create a solid business proposal, where you can demonstrate your value to the department. It’s not necessarily about them hiring someone right away.
In short, these are the key points I plan to implement soon. I hope this plan will be helpful to others as well.
I sincerely thank Natalia for this clear action plan. It proves that even the most challenging situations can be solved creatively! :-)
Anna Tarova, Psychologist:
The day before yesterday, I had an energy and body therapy session (EFT) with Natalia Zaharova. My request had been building up and formulating for about a week prior. It was very deep work where my current goals, or rather the obstacles to achieving them, were connected to situations from my early childhood. I felt it, sensed it, and remembered it, and my body reacted to the process. Everything was very gentle, careful, and powerful. I felt safe during the work. The very next day, I received a lot of ideas—both on the topic of my request and in other areas of my life. I am sure there will be more changes to come. Thank you!
